Frank has been actively involved in selling real estate and in arranging mortgages in addition to other financial arrangements since 1973, throughout the regional municipality of Sudbury.

Upon graduating from Cambrian College with a Business Administration diploma majoring in assessment, Frank worked with the Provincial Government as a residential property assessor.
